The DuctTesters Raters offer certified rating services for new homes for the GreenPoint Rated label. GreenPoint Rated is another third-party certification program providing proof that a home is healthy, comfortable, durable, and resource efficient. This program shows that a home goes above-code by presenting it with a GreenPoint Rated certificate. 

GreenPoint Rated has a number of levels a home can achieve including recognition for Net Zero Energy. “GreenPoint Rated is the most trusted independent green home certification program in California, providing proof that a home is healthy, comfortable, durable, and resource efficient. More than 31,000 homes have been rated through the program, administered by Build It Green.“

There are a number of green, sustainable, and energy-efficient programs out there.
